Tagaytay Weekend Adventure

February 15, Tagaytay, PhilippinesAYLE 2014 Philppines x Thailand Reunion. All fresh from Singapore. Just two weeks after our conference in Singapore, our co-delegate from Thailand visited us in the Philippines, well, not really us. She attended an international conference here in Manila, so after her conference, we all went out for a weekend day trip in Tagaytay.

We took a van going to Tagaytay in Pasay city and it took us around two hours going there. I have been to Tagaytay many times already, but I have never tried to go there by commute. It was an adventure for all of us since it was all our first time to commute going to Tagaytay. When we arrived in Tagaytay, we took our lunch first before heading to the People’s Park in the Sky.
We took a jeepney going up to People’s Park in the Sky, the highest peak in Tagaytay. It is not that bad to take a public transport around Tagaytay. It is convenient and also economical. So when we got there, we excitedly walked up going to the top. It was a bit chilly that time so we just decided to walk. We explored the area and enjoyed the whole tour around the park. After our trip to the Palace in the Sky, we went to Sky Ranch also by jeepney.

It was really cold that time and we did not expect that it would be that windy. We were all chilling that time since we did not bring our jackets. So while we were in the queue in Sky Ranch, we were trembling and rubbing our hands together. Just imagine how cold it was that time! We only got to ride their Vikings since it is getting late and the van driver who took us there will pick us up too. After our crazy ride in the Vikings, we all went to wait for the van.

We were all tired with our adventure in Tagaytay, so all of us are all sleeping at the back of the van our whole trip going to back to Manila. When we arrived in Pasay, we took a cab going to Bonifacio High Street and have our dinner there. We also met our other co-delegates there. After our dinner, we went to Amber Superclub to gatecrash a party. Seriously, it was one hella experience: Gate crashing a party undressed! Thanks #Alleca18, we enjoyed our night and also our free drinks. After the party, we still have another round of beers before we parted ways.

It was really a memorable experience for me from our adventure to Tagaytay to party gate crashing at Amber Superclub. And I am looking forward to a more AYLE 2014 reunion. 'til next time AYLErs!
